One of her key responsibilities involves piloting negotiations with social partners on vital issues such as salary adjustments, professional equality, and the prevention of occupational risks. Her expertise in human resources and organizational development allows her to navigate complex discussions effectively, ensuring that the voices of employees are heard and considered in decision-making processes. Additionally, Louisiane manages the functioning of the various employee representative bodies (IRP), including the CSE C (Comité Social et Économique), CSSCT C (Commission Santé, Sécurité et Conditions de Travail), and central commissions. This includes organizing meetings, preparing essential documentation, and following up on action points to ensure that all parties are aligned and informed.
