Lisa Hart is a dedicated Adult ESL Instructor at the Austin Independent School District, where she leverages her extensive background in education and public relations to empower adult learners from diverse backgrounds. With a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment, Lisa has successfully designed and implemented bi-weekly lessons tailored to the needs of her 20 Adult ESL students, utilizing the Venture’s curriculum as a foundation. Her expertise in differentiated instruction allows her to effectively accommodate both beginning and intermediate level students, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to thrive.
In collaboration with the ACE director, Lisa has played a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum route and establishing clear goals that align with the motivational strategies essential for adult learners.
