His role is pivotal in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the company's strategic goals and sustainability objectives. Lior's expertise spans diverse industries, including solar energy, chemical and process industries, and production plants, with a particular focus on the cement industry.
Under his leadership, the Project Management Department has successfully established new production facilities and upgraded existing ones, including advanced packing lines and silos, as well as concrete and metal construction projects. Lior is adept at managing both internal and external resources, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. He employs the PMBOK methodology to guide project planning and documentation, which has been instrumental in delivering value-based outcomes that meet customer expectations.
