In her current role, Laynie has successfully managed and trained a dedicated team of caregivers and contractors in union contract analysis, focusing on the extraction and definition of premium pay criteria. This critical work supports the integration of a customized premium pay module within the Oracle ERP system, particularly during the pre- and post-Genesis implementation phases. Her collaborative approach has allowed her to work closely with various Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Oracle Kronos, to ensure seamless integration and functionality across multiple platforms.
