Since her immersion in the Salesforce ecosystem in 2021, Lauren has leveraged her extensive background in program direction and development—gained from her previous roles at Northern Illinois University and the University of Texas Health-San Antonio—to drive impactful initiatives that support a diverse user base of over 40,000 students, 250 student employees, and 3,051 faculty, staff, and administrators.
In her role, Lauren excels in stakeholder communications, fostering strong relationships across the university to ensure that the needs of all users are met effectively. Her collaboration with Texas Tech’s Marketing & Communications team has been instrumental in crafting targeted outreach strategies that enhance user engagement and promote the benefits of the Salesforce platform.
