This ambitious project encompasses the construction of a 44-bed rehabilitation center, a state-of-the-art Life Center building, a 104-bed skilled nursing home, and additional facilities including a service building, three independent living apartment buildings, 23 villa homes, and two memory care homes.
Larry's extensive expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with his proficiency in construction engineering and facilities management, positions him uniquely to navigate the complexities of such large-scale developments.
