With a keen focus on understanding the 'As Is' business process flows and identifying pain points within financial service clients, Lakpa leverages his expertise to conduct comprehensive fit/gap analyses. This approach not only enhances productivity but also aims to reduce operational costs through innovative technology solutions.
Currently, Lakpa is engaged in two significant projects: the Policy Lifecycle Transformation (PLT) and the Global Claim Transformation (GCT). In the PLT project, he is tasked with analyzing data from existing systems, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and various reports to identify gaps that could impact future systems and downstream reporting for specialty lines.
