Kyle Rayome serves as the Assistant Jazz Director at Lakes Community High School, where he has made significant strides in enhancing the jazz program's visibility and participation. With a growth-focused mindset, Kyle successfully doubled the number of participants in the jazz program within his first year, showcasing his ability to engage and inspire students. His strategic approach to curriculum development led to the creation of a comprehensive improvisation class, which has become a cornerstone of the program. Under his guidance, students have consistently excelled, with all improvisation students winning Best Soloist Awards at national contests for the past three consecutive years.
