Kristy Pinand is a dynamic and innovative Creative Content Leader and Executive Producer at Spectrum Brands, Inc., where she serves as the Director and Head of North America Content. With over 25 years of extensive experience in managing nationwide creative departments and Direct to Consumer marketing programs, Kristy has established herself as a key player in the development of iconic brands on the Amazon platform, including Remington®, PowerXL, Emeril Lagasse®, George Foreman, and Copper Chef. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in driving brand awareness and engagement through compelling multimedia content.
In her current role, Kristy is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and production budget for the entire North America Content Team, which encompasses a diverse range of projects, including commercials, infomercials, social media content, video productions, photography, and retail sales sizzles. Leading a full-time staff of 10-15, Kristy fosters a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation, while also expanding her team to meet the demands of critical brand initiatives.
