Currently self-employed, Kristina leverages her extensive knowledge to provide strategic insights and solutions that drive impactful change in youth development initiatives.
One of her key projects involves conducting contractual compliance auditing for a city-wide Summer Youth Employment Program, where she ensures that all operational processes align with regulatory standards and best practices. This role underscores her commitment to accountability and transparency in public service programs, which are vital for fostering trust and efficacy in youth employment initiatives. Additionally, Kristina is spearheading a feasibility study on sector-based youth employment opportunities for NYC's Administration of Children's Services, aiming to identify sustainable pathways for young adults entering the workforce.
