Kristi Hayman serves as the Component Director at the Education Service Center, Region 6, where she plays a pivotal role in managing the Adult Education Department. With a robust background in professional training and coaching, Kristi is dedicated to enhancing adult education and literacy across the Houston-Galveston area. As the lead agency for Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) within the Gulf Coast Workforce Board, she oversees a network of 14 service providers, ensuring that over 25,000 participants receive high-quality educational services tailored to their needs.
Kristi's expertise in curriculum development and instructional design is instrumental in creating innovative learning experiences that empower adult learners. Her proficiency in educational technology, particularly with platforms like Moodle and Captivate, allows her to implement effective e-learning solutions that enhance engagement and accessibility.
