Kristi Hayman serves as the Component Director at the Education Service Center, Region 6, where she plays a pivotal role in managing the Adult Education Department. With a robust background in professional training and coaching, Kristi is dedicated to enhancing adult education and literacy across the Houston-Galveston area. As the lead agency for Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) within the Gulf Coast Workforce Board, she oversees a network of 14 service providers, ensuring that over 25,000 participants receive high-quality educational services tailored to their needs.
Kristi's expertise in curriculum development and instructional design is instrumental in creating innovative learning experiences that empower adult learners.
