She has successfully established both short and long-term strategic plans that address administrative, financial, personnel, programming, facility, IT, marketing, and public relations needs. A key aspect of her role involves developing and managing a robust $6.5 million annual budget, which includes multi-source revenue generation strategies that ensure the sustainability and growth of campus recreational programs.
