Kenneth Koepke currently serves as a Design Engineer 2 at CCI Systems, where he plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure projects. As the lead fiber engineer, Kenneth is responsible for creating detailed telecommunication maps that support a variety of critical initiatives, including Metro-E, Cell Backhaul, Forced Relocate, New Nodes, Managed Wi-Fi, and MTGs. His expertise in drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and SpatialNET, allows him to produce precise and efficient designs that meet regional standards and client specifications.
In addition to his technical skills, Kenneth is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment. He performs quality control (QC) on designs produced by junior designers, ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. His role also involves training new drafters and design engineers, sharing his knowledge of industry best practices and regional standards to help them develop their skills and confidence in the field.
