Kenneth Gross, CFA, serves as the Director and Head of Bridge Underwriting at Ready Capital, where he leverages his extensive expertise in commercial real estate to drive the underwriting and closing of bridge loans across a diverse range of property types. With a robust background in both equity and debt markets, Kenneth specializes in multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and niche properties. His comprehensive understanding of financial modeling and due diligence allows him to navigate complex transactions with precision, ensuring that each deal is structured optimally to meet the needs of both investors and borrowers.
In his current role, Kenneth is instrumental in screening and underwriting bridge and mezzanine loans, actively expanding the portfolio to include emerging property types such as co-living, student housing, mobile and senior housing, data centers, and hotels.
