Kendra Gaither currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Scholar Advisory Committee for the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of young scholars across the region. In this capacity, Kendra manages the selection process for scholarship candidates from five states—Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia—and Washington, D.C. Her leadership within a dedicated team of 12 volunteers is instrumental in identifying and recommending talented individuals who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to community service. The JRF is renowned for its nearly 100% graduation rate, a testament to the effective support and resources it provides to its scholars.
