Under her leadership, the EHHA manages three key rental housing facilities: Accabonac, Avallone, and Springs Fireplace Apartments, which collectively provide 93 units of affordable housing. Katy's extensive background in nonprofit management, particularly her seven years with Volunteers Exchange International (ICYE), equips her with a unique perspective on community outreach and program development. Her previous roles—ranging from Director of Inbound Programs to Board Member at Large—have honed her skills in applicant processing, visa logistics, and international collaboration, which are invaluable in her current position.
At EHHA, Katy is actively involved in strategic partnerships, including collaborations with Seymour Schutz LLC and Gansett Meadow Housing Development Fund Corporation, as well as Georgica Green Ventures.
