Since beginning her career in December 1999 at Twin City Beauty College, Karri has played a pivotal role in transforming a single accredited cosmetology school into a thriving network of four institutions. Her deep expertise spans multiple critical areas, including accreditation processes, federal financial aid compliance, and human resources management, ensuring that the schools not only meet but exceed state and federal regulations, including those set forth by NACCAS.
In her current role, Karri manages all financial operations, overseeing budgeting, accounting, and financial aid compliance, including R2T4 calculations and refund processes.
