Kamel Djellal Safe is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in IT and management, currently serving as a Co-Organizer for Club SAFe Montreal. His extensive international exposure across France, Luxembourg, and Canada has equipped him with a unique perspective on Agile digital transformation and program management. Since his first encounter with Agile methodologies in 2010 at Krys Group in France, Kamel has become a recognized leader in the field, adept at guiding organizations through the complexities of adopting the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
At Club SAFe Montreal, Kamel plays a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment for Release Train Engineers and other SAFe roles, including IT Directors and Program Directors.
