Justin Tinker currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Develop for Good, where he leverages his extensive expertise in data-driven policy decision-making to enhance access to transportation and mobility solutions. In this pivotal role, Justin is instrumental in guiding the organization’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that over 2,000 students are equipped with the technical skills and mentorship needed to kickstart their careers in the tech industry. His commitment to fostering a diverse talent pipeline is evident in his efforts to connect students with industry mentors and provide them with invaluable non-profit work experience.
Previously, as the first Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from 2020 to 2021, Justin laid the groundwork for innovative technological solutions that support the organization’s mission. His proficiency in data modeling and software development, combined with his experience in web development and ArcGIS Server, has enabled him to implement effective strategies that enhance data accessibility and usability.
