Justi Hansen serves as the Executive Director and Event Director of the Siskiyou Outdoor Recreation Alliance, where she leverages her extensive experience in community engagement and program development to foster a vibrant outdoor culture. With a heart-centered leadership approach, Justi is dedicated to advancing the organization's mission of promoting sustainable outdoor recreation while positively impacting the community and the environment. Under her guidance, Siskiyou Outdoor Recreation Alliance has launched several key initiatives that not only enhance recreational opportunities but also drive significant fundraising efforts through cross-country ski, cycling, and running events.
Justi's expertise in event planning and stakeholder engagement has been instrumental in mobilizing a dedicated team of 15 members and over 300 volunteers, successfully managing events that attract more than 3,000 participants. Her ability to cultivate partnerships and implement innovative, revenue-generating programs has resulted in increased donor engagement and recognition, ensuring the sustainability of the Alliance's mission.
