Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX) at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Joy plays a pivotal role in advancing educational equity and innovation in the Anglophone Africa region.
