With a robust background in parametric design and a keen understanding of the architectural manufacturing industry, Josh leads the ArkITech department, which is responsible for the comprehensive software ecosystem that supports Arktura’s operations across three countries and throughout the United States. His expertise in ERP systems like Syteline, alongside advanced design tools such as Rhino, AutoCAD, and Solidworks, enables him to drive the development and implementation of custom software solutions tailored to the unique needs of the organization.
Josh's current projects focus on enhancing the integration of design and manufacturing workflows, ensuring that the roughly 250 staff members have access to the tools they need to produce eye-catching and functional architectural elements. His leadership in software training and support fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, empowering team members to leverage cutting-edge technologies effectively. Additionally, his proficiency in manufacturing engineering production software, including Bysoft, positions him as a key player in optimizing production efficiency and quality.
