I am Jose Tavarez Almonte, an accomplished Information Technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Broward County Housing Authority (BCHA). In this pivotal role, I am responsible for shaping and executing the IT strategy that underpins our mission to provide affordable housing solutions. My focus is on driving technology transformations that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery for our community.
At BCHA, I lead a diverse range of key projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize our IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing the design and implementation of enterprise-scale IT solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
