Jorja Whyte serves as the Co-Curricular Leadership Specialist at Colorado State University, where her passion for people and commitment to fostering an inclusive community shine through in her daily work. With a strong foundation in psychology and critical thinking, Jorja is dedicated to empowering students to unlock their leadership potential. In her role within the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLiCE) Office, she designs and implements innovative programming that encourages peer engagement and personal growth. Jorja's expertise in collaborative problem-solving and community development enables her to create impactful leadership curricula that resonate with diverse student populations.
One of her key projects involves developing workshops that focus on individualization, allowing students to explore their unique strengths and leadership styles.
