Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its reach, helping over 25,000 adults, youth, and children annually across seven Southern California centers and numerous community partnerships. Jim's visionary approach is rooted in his commitment to disability inclusion and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their challenges, have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Jim's extensive experience in the nonprofit sector is complemented by his robust educational background, including a Master's in Public Policy from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School.
