Jessica Lilly currently serves as the Interim Transformation Delivery Lead for the Accounts Value Stream at HSBC, where she leverages her extensive expertise in Agile methodologies and change management to drive significant improvements in project delivery and operational efficiency. With a strong foundation as an Accredited Agile Change Manager and SAFe Agilist, Jessica has quickly established herself as a pivotal figure in the Transformation & Portfolio team, effectively bridging knowledge gaps across three Sub Value Streams.
