Jessica Labosco is currently making significant strides as a Technical Communications Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas, where she leverages her unique blend of literary analysis and technical writing expertise to enrich the educational experience of her students. With a Master’s degree in English and a graduate certificate in Teaching Technical Writing, Jessica is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of technical communication. In her role, she teaches two sections of Technical Writing (TECM 2700), where she skillfully creates engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
Her commitment to preparing students for the professional writing expectations they will encounter in their careers is evident in her innovative curriculum design. Jessica has collaborated with a committee of nine members to develop a new curriculum for TECM 2700, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful in today’s fast-paced job market. Her expertise in content management systems (CMS), XML, and Microsoft Office tools enhances her ability to deliver comprehensive and practical instruction.
