Jeff T. serves as the Principal (Group Lead) for Health Program Analysis and Transformation at MITRE, where he leverages over 15 years of experience in community-based organizations to drive meaningful change in health insurance accessibility and quality. His current role involves leading a significant project under a $30M+ task order with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO). In this capacity, Jeff oversees a multidisciplinary team of 15+ professionals and collaborates with 1-2 subcontracting partners to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning in the realms of eligibility and enrollment, as well as plan management.
Jeff’s expertise in public policy, program development, and strategic planning is instrumental in advancing the Front Office priorities of CMS. He is dedicated to ensuring that consumers and communities can effectively navigate their health insurance options, advocating for access to quality and affordable healthcare.
