Jay’s expertise in budgeting and contract negotiation is instrumental in ensuring that the church and its connected primary/elementary school operate efficiently and sustainably. He collaborates closely with the Executive and Ministerial staff, as well as the Finance team and Board Members, to set a growth strategy that aligns with the church's mission and community needs.
