As the Director of Auxiliary Services at Presbyterian College, Jason Koening plays a pivotal role in enhancing the campus experience through a diverse range of services and programs. With a strong background in culinary skills and menu development, Jason oversees the Dining Services, ensuring that students and faculty enjoy high-quality, nutritious meals that cater to various dietary needs. His expertise in event planning and sales has been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous campus events, fostering community engagement and enhancing the college's vibrant atmosphere.
In addition to his responsibilities in dining, Jason manages the campus mail center and shipping operations, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. His leadership extends to the Spirit Store and virtual textbook program, where he leverages his knowledge of licensing agreements and client relations to provide students with essential resources while generating revenue for the college.
Jason's role also encompasses summer programs and campus facility rentals, where he applies his skills in budgeting and P&L management to ensure that these initiatives are financially viable and beneficial to the college community.
