In this pivotal role, James is responsible for the engineering and deployment of large-scale AI infrastructures, utilizing advanced liquid and air-cooled GPU systems capable of handling rack densities up to 145kW. His expertise in power generation and operations management is crucial for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with networking equipment, operate seamlessly within designated design parameters across both on-premises and third-party colocation facilities.
James excels in leading cross-functional teams that span multiple continents, including the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
