In his current role, James directly manages a dynamic team of 24 specialists, including developers, QA engineers, technical writers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers, spread across multiple sites and field offices. His expertise in software engineering, particularly with technologies such as ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, and AngularJS, enables him to oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) processes. This includes functional, performance, regression, integration, and acceptance testing across the suite of products, ensuring that each release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
