Currently, he is spearheading the ambitious Polo Residences project in Meydan, a landmark initiative with a contract value of AED 633 million and a sprawling built-up area of 145,000 sqm, comprising 29 G+4 residential buildings. In this pivotal role, Jad is responsible for making critical decisions that drive project implementation, ensuring that all phases align with the strategic objectives and quality standards set forth by TAC.
Jad's expertise encompasses a wide range of skills essential for successful project management, including construction management, contract management, and team leadership. He adeptly leads a diverse team of 120 indirect resources, which includes planning professionals, on-site construction teams, quantity surveyors, cost controllers, and quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) specialists.
