Isaac Losch serves as the AVP, Head of Credit Risk Management at PSECU, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the credit union's approach to risk assessment and mitigation. With a solid foundation in project management, Isaac initially honed his skills by managing key projects related to core and front-end systems, including the development of new membership and loan applications, as well as enhancing digital banking platforms. This early experience laid the groundwork for his transition to the lending sector, where he took on the role of Director for loan origination and servicing, further deepening his expertise in financial operations.
In his current position, Isaac oversees the Credit Risk Management, Financial Crimes, and Collections units, driving the strategic direction of PSECU’s lending products and third-party partnerships. His leadership is instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive loss mitigation strategies that not only safeguard the credit union's assets but also enhance customer satisfaction.
