Ilse Fcct is a dedicated Education Consultant at The Children's Health Project, where she specializes in wellbeing education, particularly within the realms of Physical Education (PE) and Health & Wellbeing. With a strong commitment to enhancing the educational landscape, Ilse works collaboratively with schools to implement her innovative 4 Pillar Wellbeing framework—a holistic, positive, and evidence-informed approach that nurtures students' physical, emotional, and social health. This framework is built upon four essential pillars: nurturing, which emphasizes the importance of supportive environments; education, focusing on the integration of health and wellbeing into the curriculum; engagement, promoting active participation in physical activities; and empowerment, fostering resilience and self-efficacy among students.
In her current role, Ilse delivers tailored courses, including twilight and INSET sessions, that equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach Health and Wellbeing effectively in PE. She also provides one-on-one consulting for Subject Leaders, guiding them through the nuances of the new Ofsted Inspection Framework and preparing them for 'Deep Dive' assessments in PE and Health. Her expertise in coaching and mentoring, combined with her experience in curriculum development and teacher training, allows her to create impactful professional development opportunities that resonate with educators and ultimately benefit students.
Additionally, Ilse works directly with families to enhance children's sleep and overall wellbeing, further showcasing her commitment to fostering a holistic approach to health. Her public speaking engagements and active presence on social media amplify her mission to advocate for wellbeing education, making her a vital resource in the field. Through her multifaceted role, Ilse is not only shaping the future of PE and Health education but also empowering the next generation to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
