Hussein El-Habhab serves as the Director of Quality for HVAC Europe at Carrier Corporation, where he leverages over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in Quality, Engineering, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement. In this pivotal role, he oversees quality management across four manufacturing facilities located in Montluel, Culoz, Montilla, and Beroun, which collectively employ around 2,000 personnel and generate approximately $600 million in revenue. Hussein leads a robust team of over 75 direct reports and more than 100 indirect reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
A key focus of Hussein's leadership is the development and maintenance of a Zero-Escape Quality System. This system emphasizes rapid response mechanisms and stringent control of non-conforming materials, ensuring that quality is not just a goal but a fundamental aspect of the manufacturing process. His expertise in Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, and Kaizen Leadership allows him to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.
