Working closely with the VP of Data Science, Technology, Infrastructure, and Product, Harsh is instrumental in overseeing several high-impact programs that drive innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
One of Harsh's key responsibilities includes managing end-to-end system testing (E2E STG/Prod Testing), cutover planning, and the go-live process, ensuring that projects transition smoothly into production. His strategic oversight during the hypercare phase is critical in addressing any immediate issues post-launch, thereby enhancing user experience and system reliability. Additionally, Harsh leads the AI Steering Committee, a vital initiative that evaluates and approves new tools and practices related to artificial intelligence, ensuring that Shipt remains at the forefront of technological advancement while adhering to best practices.
