His role is pivotal in ensuring that FLIR’s advanced thermal infrared cameras meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, crucial for applications such as quality assurance, detecting heat and gas leakages, and enhancing safety in emergency situations. Hans is responsible for maintaining and updating the Integrated Management System (IMS), which encompasses ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 27001 for information security, ensuring that all processes align with international standards and regulatory requirements.
In his current position, Hans is leading key projects focused on digital transformation and the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
