In her current role, Haley plays a pivotal part in supporting the domestic state and local government industry sales division, which encompasses approximately 150 individual contributors and 50 leaders, including team leads, state and local sales managers, regional sales managers, and directors. Her expertise lies in the complete overhaul of HR strategies, where she implements innovative solutions that foster a positive workplace culture, ultimately making employees excited to come to work every day.
Haley's strategic vision is evident in her key projects, which focus on enhancing employee engagement and optimizing talent management processes. She has successfully led initiatives that streamline recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring that the right talent is not only attracted but also retained within the organization. Her previous experience supporting divisions with over 400 contributors and leaders nationally has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in managing a diverse workforce.
