With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Spanish from the University of Connecticut, Haley has cultivated a robust understanding of financial management, which she applies to her current responsibilities. She is adept at managing the budget for the Global Transitions team, where she performs monthly financial forecasts, develops annual plans, and engages in long-range planning (LRP) to ensure the program's financial health.
In her role, Haley excels in cross-collaboration, integrating systems with Enterprise Services to streamline processes related to managing invoices, international general ledgers (GLs), and intercompany Treasury Services. Her analytical skills are crucial as she reviews payroll and forecasted budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across the program.
