Greg Brun serves as the Senior Director of Food Safety & Quality at Performance Food Group (PFG), where he leverages over 20 years of extensive experience in the food industry to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality across all PFG branded and critical non-branded products. In his current role, Greg is responsible for directing the activities of Corporate Quality Assurance Specialists and Managers, as well as overseeing field HACCP and Preventive Control Teams. His leadership extends to field Recall Coordinators and operations-level food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) teams, ensuring that all processes align with stringent industry regulations and best practices.
