In her current role, Gina is the steering committee lead for the implementation of Infor GHR, WFM, and Benefits systems, overseeing a dedicated team of three HRIS analysts and one HRIS specialist. Her leadership is pivotal in streamlining HR transaction workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms.
Gina's expertise in managing end-to-end enterprise HRIS system implementations is evident from her successful projects at two Fortune 500 companies and a large state university system.
