With a focus on both children and adults, Erica excels in creating individualized support plans that promote overall wellness and empower families. Her role involves quality assurance, ensuring that these plans are not only tailored to meet the unique needs of each client but also adhere to the highest standards of care.
In her capacity as a community liaison, Erica actively engages with various vendors and providers, fostering strong networks that facilitate access to essential resources.
