Eric Olsen serves as the Director at Bluepeak, bringing over 21 years of comprehensive experience in facility management, operations, and information technology to the forefront of the company’s strategic initiatives. In his current role, he has successfully established and leads the Expansion Project Management Office (PMO), a dynamic team of three project managers dedicated to overseeing the ambitious installation of 4 million linear feet of outside plant fiber. This project aims to enhance connectivity for 66,000 homes across 15 new markets, showcasing Eric's expertise in construction management and corporate real estate.
Under Eric's leadership, the PMO has implemented robust processes that streamline project execution while ensuring adherence to budget management principles. With a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical skill set, he effectively manages an annual budget of $47 million, along with an additional $11 million in capital expenditures. His experience in constructing, remodeling, and closing facilities—spanning over 1.3 million square feet and involving more than 80 projects—demonstrates his proficiency in fiscal management and business analysis.
In addition to his project management responsibilities, Eric plays a pivotal role in the monthly board reporting process for the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), providing critical insights and ad hoc reporting that inform strategic decision-making.
