Under his leadership, On Think Tanks has evolved into the premier platform for think tank research and collaboration, serving as a vital resource for policymakers, researchers, and civil society organizations worldwide. Based at Universidad del Pacifico in Peru, Enrique spearheads a diverse team of 14 professionals spread across five continents, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges knowledge gaps and enhances the impact of think tanks in shaping public policy.
Enrique's extensive background includes his previous role as head of the Research and Policy in Development (RAPID) programme at the Overseas Development Institute, where he directed pioneering research on think tanks and research communications.
