A graduate of UC Los Angeles with a Master of Social Welfare, Ella's expertise is rooted in her hands-on experience with adolescents in diversion programs, where she honed her skills in counseling and case management. In her current role, Ella leads the Grant Committee, where she not only writes and manages grant proposals but also empowers her team by delegating responsibilities and identifying new funding opportunities.
