In her current role as Program Manager for the Maternal and Infant Community Health Collaborative (MICHC) Program in Northern Brooklyn, Eleanor leads a dedicated team of nine professionals, including Community Health Worker (CHW) Supervisors, Community Health Workers, and Doulas. Her leadership is characterized by a strong focus on employee development, as she oversees hiring, training, and performance management to ensure that her team delivers exceptional care to over 300 clients.
Eleanor’s expertise in systems project management and data analysis allows her to monitor caseloads effectively and implement best practices that enhance service delivery. She excels in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with local organizations, which has proven vital in expanding the reach and impact of the MICHC Program.
