In his current role, Dr. Liggins supervises over 50 full-time and part-time faculty and staff members, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality education. He is responsible for overseeing payroll for adult education personnel, which requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills. Dr. Liggins also takes the lead in implementing and evaluating the adult education program, utilizing data-driven strategies to assess its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance student outcomes.
