His role at Cal Pac, which encompasses 15 colleges and universities across California, Nevada, and Arizona, is pivotal in fostering a competitive yet character-driven atmosphere among member institutions.
Since the establishment of a full-time conference office in January 2017, Don has spearheaded numerous key projects aimed at enhancing the student-athlete experience. His initiatives focus on integrating faith-based principles and character development into athletic programs, ensuring that student-athletes not only excel in their sports but also grow as individuals.
