With a rich history as the Director of CTE Programs at both Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and Katy ISD, Dirk brings a unique perspective to the development and implementation of effective transition strategies that prepare students for the workforce. His current role involves managing district-wide compliance with state and federal requirements for transition training, including audits and reporting under the State Performance Plan (SPP) indicators 13 and 14, as well as utilizing RFTracker for data management.
